When you’re shopping for a new sofa or sectional, appearance is important—but what’s underneath the fabric can make an even bigger difference.

At Gerbers Home Furnishings, we believe furniture should look beautiful, feel comfortable, and be made to handle everyday living. That’s one of the reasons we’re proud to offer Stanton furniture to our Mesa customers.

From customizable fabrics and configurations to quality construction and comfortable seating, Stanton gives you plenty of options for creating furniture that fits both your home and the way you live.

Handcrafted Furniture Made in Oregon

Stanton manufactures its furniture in Oregon, where the company has access to high-quality dimensional lumber from the surrounding region. Its heavy-duty modular frames incorporate 2×4 support rails and corner blocks designed to provide lasting strength and durability.

That construction matters.

A sofa may look beautiful in the showroom, but the frame, springs and cushion construction are what help determine how well it will hold up to years of movie nights, family gatherings, afternoon naps and everyday use.

Comfort Designed to Last

Stanton also puts considerable attention into what you don’t immediately see when looking at a sofa.

Its seat cushions use pre-compressed, high-density/high-resiliency foam designed to reduce excess air and artificial loft while providing long-lasting support and comfort. Stanton manufactures its cushions in-house and backs its seat cores with a lifetime warranty.

The seating system also incorporates 8.5-gauge sinuous steel springs, which Stanton backs with a lifetime warranty.

For customers who prefer an especially plush feel, select Stanton styles are also available with feather-blend seating that combines fiber and hypoallergenic feathers over a supportive foam core.

The result is furniture designed not simply to look inviting, but to provide the comfort and support you want from the place where you’ll spend so much time.

More Than 200 Fabric Choices

One of our favorite things about Stanton is the ability to make your furniture feel like your own.

Stanton offers more than 200 fabric options along with a broad selection of styles and configurations.

That means you aren’t necessarily limited to the color or fabric you see on the showroom floor.

Depending on the collection, we can help you explore different fabrics, colors and configurations so your new sofa or sectional complements your room, your lifestyle and your personal style.

Want something neutral that can evolve with your décor? We can help.

Need something that works with an existing rug or color palette? Bring photos or fabric samples with you.

Trying to configure a sectional around an unusual room layout? That’s where working with an experienced furniture specialist can make a major difference.

Options for the Way You Relax

Stanton isn’t limited to traditional stationary sofas.

Its motion furniture includes available comfort features such as Zero Gravity positioning, extended footrests, power lumbar support and power headrests on select models. Motion collections are available in different configurations, including sofas, sectionals, recliners and double chairs.

That allows you to combine the relaxed feel of reclining furniture with styles that can still look at home in a thoughtfully designed living room.

Need Extra Sleeping Space?

Stanton also offers sleeper sofas—a great option when you need an occasional guest bed but don’t have space for a dedicated guest room.

Its sleeper mattresses feature gel-infused memory foam over a supportive high-density foam layer. Stanton also uses a commercial-grade sleeper mechanism with heavy-duty decking designed so guests aren’t sleeping directly over the uncomfortable support bar traditionally associated with many older sleeper sofas.

For condos, smaller homes, home offices or multipurpose rooms, a sleeper can give one room much more flexibility.
