Fulfillment Options
We currently offer the following options:
At this time, we do not offer shipping or drop shipping. All products are received, handled, and fulfilled directly through our Mesa showroom and warehouse.
Local Delivery
We provide white glove delivery service, ensuring your furniture is handled with care from our showroom to your home.
Delivery Fees:
- $109 for deliveries within a 10-mile radius
- $199 for deliveries between 10–50 miles
- For deliveries beyond 50 miles, please contact us directly for a custom quote
Delivery availability is based on distance from our Mesa, AZ location and may be limited to select service areas.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timelines vary depending on the type of product:
In-Stock Items
Typically available within a shorter timeframe once ready for scheduling.
Special Orders / Custom Furniture
Estimated 2–20 weeks, depending on the manufacturer, customization, and availability.
Our team will provide more accurate delivery estimates at the time of purchase and keep you updated throughout the process.
In-Store Pickup
Customers may choose to pick up their order directly from our location once it is ready.
- Pickup scheduling will be coordinated by our team
- Customers will be notified when their order is available
- Proper transportation and handling are the responsibility of the customer at pickup

- All delivery services are performed by our in-house or trusted delivery team—we do not use third-party shipping carriers
- Delivery fees are based on distance and are non-refundable
- Due to the nature of furniture logistics, exact delivery dates may vary, but we strive to provide clear communication and timely updates
