Custom Orders
All custom and special-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
In-Stock Items
Returns are accepted on non-customizable, in-stock items only and must meet the following conditions:
- Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery or pickup
- Item must be in original condition, unused, and free of damage
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
Approved returns may be subject to inspection prior to processing.
Delivery & Shipping Fees
All delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable, regardless of return eligibility.
Furniture Warranties
All furniture warranties are handled directly through the manufacturer or brand's merchandiser. Gerber's Home Furnishings does not process or manage warranty claims but will assist in directing you to the appropriate contact if needed.
